Curious what a Breathwork Session is?


Breathwork is a transformative practice that uses continuous breathing techniques to access non-ordinary states of consciousness. By consciously altering your breath, you can unlock deep layers of your mind, emotions, and body, leading to personal growth, greater self-understanding, and inner peace.

This technique helps you to:

  • Face your fears: Confront and process deep-seated emotions or anxieties that may have been holding you back.

  • Release old coping mechanisms: Let go of outdated or harmful habits and beliefs that no longer serve you.

  • Reconnect with yourself: Reawaken a deeper sense of self-awareness, presence, and clarity.

  • Regulate your nervous system: Calm and balance your body’s response to stress, restoring peace and equilibrium.

Breathwork isn’t just about relaxation—it’s a direct experience of transformation. You can use it to clear emotional blockages, unlock your full potential, or even perform at your best. The beauty of breathwork is that, through it, you realize that you are your own healer, with your breath as the guiding tool for this process.

Since Breathwork can seem mysterious, here’s what to expect:

  • Before you will book in with me, you will complete a form. I will be asking some questions about you and your life, so I can tailor the whole experience specifically to your own needs.


  • When you arrive (Online or in Person) we will settle in with a chat. Together we will get clear on your intentions and anything that you are wanting to work through personally.

  • It usually takes a minimum of 1 hour, however most people comment that it feels like they were only in for 15 minutes!

    During the journey you lay down, get comfy with a blanket, some water to stay hydrated and close down your eyes.  I then guide you to breathe and explore your inner world.

    Tools such as tapping, toning, touch and energy work are weaved through the entire journey depending on what you are comfortable with.

  • The first phase involves activated breathing (deep, conscious connected breaths through the mouth).  Think of this phase as climbing a mountain, journeying through your inner world where stress, emotions, unresolved patterns from the past and anything that has been holding you back can arise and be let go of.

  • The second phase of the journey involves restorative breathing (through the nose) where you can relax in to a beautiful guided meditation and go into a full state of relaxation and peace.

  • There is an opportunity to share your experience with me as you come back to the present moment (if you choose to).

    I will be also available for anything you need via WhatsApp as you will take time to integrate and process the magic that just occurred.
