Once upon a version of me, I was floating, lost in the depths -untethered from who I truly was. I felt like a castaway in my own life. But somewhere in that void, a spark ignited. I left everything familiar behind to wander the world and remember who I was before the world told me who to be.
And let me tell you, that journey cracked me open in ways I never saw coming.
I’ve danced with the shadows of self-doubt, bathed in the stormy waters of intrusive thoughts, and clawed my way out of the chaos of my own mind.
Learning to regulate my own nervous system, to anchor into my body like a goddess rising from the ocean floor - was pure alchemy. That practice became my lifeline. My liberation.
